MiPixArt
Mobile-first pixel art and 3D block builder
Build Minecraft-style mobs and blocks on your phone. Free to use in the browser, or get the ad-free app on the App Store and Google Play.
Flaux is where I publish the things I build with AI. Working software, build notes, and the tools that make it possible to ship as one person.

Draw fast. Beat the bomb.
A drawing game with a lit fuse. Copy the picture pixel by pixel before the spark reaches the bomb, across a 72-level campaign, a shared daily puzzle, and an arcade endless mode. Free to play, one unlock to keep, no ads and no subscriptions.
A comic-book waterslide racer built entirely in Claude
Race seven rival swimmers down twenty waterslides, from a gentle straightaway to a genuine vertical loop-de-loop. Boost strips, shortcut jumps, a vessel shop, and onomatopoeia everywhere. Free on the App Store, Google Play and the Amazon Appstore, with one World Tour Pass to unlock every slide. No ads, no subscription.
Workout timer for a home gym with one of everything
A fast workout timer for a home gym where you only have one of each weight. Knows which round needs the heavy kettlebell, who's on the rings, and what to do when there's only one of you. Built start-to-finish in about fifteen minutes with Claude Code, GitHub, and Vercel.
Offline-first safety paperwork for crews in the field
Take 5s, JSAs, SWMS, toolbox talks and incident reports that work with no signal and sync when the phone finds one. Built for crews filling these in with gloves on, not at a desk. Every closed document is hashed into a chain on the device, so nobody can change a record after the fact.
Footy team schedule for the kids' team
Match schedules, training times, and notices for my son's footy team. Built for parents and players to check on a phone in five seconds.
Contribution and rebalance maths for a Stake portfolio
Type in a balance and a transfer and it works out how many of each ETF to buy to hit a target split. Brokerage is reserved first and the number of trades scales with the balance so fees stay sensible. It also converts an AUD transfer to USD after Stake's FX fee. One HTML file, no accounts, and prices get refreshed by pasting them in.
Grazing platter quantities for a birthday on the deck
Built for Jen's 40th at Sandstone Point. The guest list lives on the phone, each person flips between pending, confirmed and declined, and the platter quantities follow the confirmed count. It saves on the device, with export and import to move the list between phones. A small tool that did exactly one job.
Australian Privacy Act compliance for small businesses
A privacy-policy generator for Australian small businesses preparing for the December 2026 transparency rules. Currently scoping back to an MVP that does not depend on a lawyer partnership; the lawyer-backed premium tier becomes a future add-on.
Audio walk-throughs to written SOPs and checklists
An internal tool for The Naturally Clean Co. Cleaners record a ten-minute audio walk-through of a job and the tool turns it into an SOP plus a checklist the team uses on subsequent visits. Currently paused for a UI rework and tighter rules on the audio-to-SOP step.
A poolside swim coach app for one student
Built to be my son's swim coach after he stopped enjoying group lessons. Tracks skills and milestones, builds and runs poolside lessons with a timer for each block, and rewards effort with swim tokens he can spend on small things he actually cares about.
Decades of family newsletters turned into a searchable archive
My wife's auntie is the family genealogist, with decades of family newsletters in PDF form. This tool reads every issue, extracts the people, relationships, and photos, and builds an offline archive with profiles, a family tree, and a GEDCOM export. Private by design, so no live link.
Training synthesised from blood work, watch data, and goals
A personal fitness app that pulls together blood test results, Garmin watch data, and my training goals, and writes the next session for me. Plans land on the watch where possible. Refining the Garmin push without becoming an official Garmin developer.
Local-first weekly analytics for a service business
Customer, timesheet, and booking data from Launch27 and QuickBooks dropped into a single local HTML file. Runs in the browser, no upload, no cloud, no AI in the loop at runtime. Replaced a brittle spreadsheet that was eating an hour a week.
Multi-stakeholder dashboard for a shared property deposit
A visual dashboard for tracking deposit balances, contributions, and who owes what across multiple stakeholders. Click-throughs for each party so nobody has to ask for an update.
